How to enroll

Little Blossom Montessori School enrolls students throughout the year. See if this would be a good fit for your child’s early development. One of the school's directors will tour the school with you and answer your questions.

If you decide Little Blossom is the right school for your child, we are happy to enroll your child. We will let you know your spot on the waiting list, if necessary.

3. State Health Form
4. Personal Rights
5. Notification to Parents’ Rights
6. Emergency Card (consent for medical treatment)
7. Physicians Report & a copy of the short record
8. Child Release authorization form
